1. Which TV shows did you start watching in 2011?
I can think of a few. Glee (because of Kurt/Blaine storyline), How I Met Your Mother (because NPH is amazing in his role), QI (Stephen Fry is my god!) and few others I'm sure but right now can't remember.
2. Which TV shows did you let go of in 2011?
Well, because I don't live in UK or USA I normally watch TV shows a bit late, so plenty of shows that I have seen just a few episodes and then decided that it's not for me. But the one I did watch when it was broadcast was Torchwood, and ended up watching just two episodes. It just wasn't Torchwood as I knew it anymore.

3. Which TV shows did you mean to get into but didn't in 2011?
Being Human. Oh, I have it already on my computer, but I just haven't found the time/enthusiasm to start it. Maybe someday... ;) Oh, and Fringe.
4. Which TV shows do you intend on checking out in 2012?
Community and maybe Downton Abbey as everyone's been talking about it.
5. Which TV show impressed you least in 2011?
Torchwood. I have already expressed my opinion about it, but to conclude: it just wasn't Torchwood anymore, it was just another American cop/sci-fi show with no characters that I care about. Well except Jack, but even he wasn't the Jack that I loved in Doctor Who and Torchwood seasons 1 and 2.
6. Which TV show do you think you might let go of in 2012 unless things significantly improve?
Torchwood, if it even gets another season.
7. Which TV show impressed you the most in 2011?
How I Met Your Mother. I loved Friends when it first aired and have been ever since trying to find another show to carry on as Friends did. The actors are amazing and the writing is delightful.

8. Which TV shows do you think you'll never let go of no matter how crappy they get? Why?
Maybe Doctor Who, because I have been following it from the re-start (2005 if I remember correctly) and I'm absolutely hooked. Also, I'm going to watch HIMYM to the end, because the rumor has it that it won't have many more seasons left, so... I started watching it, I'm damn well going to finish it.

1. Your main fandom(s) of the year:
The fandom I'm most active right now is Glee, but I still check Torchwood and Harry Potter fandoms, too, occasionally as I could never really part from them. Also HIMYM fandom, but mainly just lurking in that one.
2. Your favourite film this year:
King's Speech! Definitely. No question about it. It was a film filled with many excellent performances, actors were amazing, the script was brilliant, the costuming, the music, just everything.

3. Your favourite book this year:
I started Stephen Fry's Moab Is My Washpot and so far I'm loving it. I'm reading it very slow. Mainly when I'm visiting my parents and spending the night there, too, and need something to occupy my mind.
4. Your favourite TV show this year:
The Big Bang Theory, Glee, HIMYM, QI.
6. Your favourite LJ community this year:
fanficrants. I can't really tell you why, maybe my masochistic streak is wider than I thought, I just do.
7. Your best new fandom discovery of the year:
I have to say Teefury. Damn those tee shirts should be a bit more expensive so I wouldn't spend my money on them. I've bought oh god, nine tee shirts from there this year. *hangs head in shame*

8. Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year:
I can't say. I'm usually quite satisfied with everything. At least I can't think of anything right now.
9. Your TV/Movie boyfriends of the year:
Darren Criss, Chris Colfer, Gareth David-Lloyd, John Barrowman, Neil Patrick Harris, Jason Segel, Kunal Nayyar, Russel Tovey. Oh god, who else? Matt Smith. Can you spot a trend there??? *grin* I like men who are confident about themselves and their sexuality.
10. Your TV/Movie girlfriends of the year:
Alex Kingston and Emma Watson. They are both so beautiful! I really do have enormous crush on those two.
11. Your biggest squee moment of the year:
Tom Price replying and re-tweeting my tweets! You should have heard me! I'm sure that the neighbourhood dogs were absolute menace because of the high-pitched squee I made!

12. Your most missed old fandom:
Torchwood... :(
